Friday Afternoons

Britten Pears Arts runs the Friday Afternoons project annually, in honour of the song cycle by Benjamin Britten. I was chosen as one of three composers four the UK, to co-create a new folk song with young people. I collaborated with the children at Culross Primary School on our song, ’The Witches, the Whale and the Blacksmith’s Tale’, which will form part of the Big Sing at Snape Maltings (November 2025).
